Shipping & Returns
We offer free shipping on all orders over $25. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns (for orders over $25) or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Items marked as Clearance Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- We recommend trying the shoes on a carpeted surface and with socks
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
1. Email us at email@example.com.
2. In this email please include the order ID number, the name on the order, and the reason for return.
3. A prepaid shipping label will be sent to you within 24 hours.
4. Print shipping label and return products in original condition with original boxes.
5. A refund to your original payment method will be initiated when we receive your returned product in its original packaging and it has been evaluated to have no visible signs of wear or use. This evaluation is completed with 48 hours or receiving your returned product.
· Restocking fees will be deducted from your refund if we receive the product without the original box. Please make sure that you do not use the shoe box as the return box. Place the shoe box inside a shipping box. A $10 restocking fee will be charged if you use the shoe box as the shipping box.
